SQUARE Series Switches

Switches in SQUARE Series have contacts which provide high current carrying capacity. Proper shrouding of terminals and current carrying parts is provided in all switches. Live parts are separated by thermoset material, thus preventing them from fusing together in case of any over-heating. The contact design, snap action mechanism, appropriate contact pressure, wiping action between the contacts and use of high engineering grade materials result in minimum arcing. Reduction in arcing ensures a very long operating life for the switches.

Unique feature of this Series is the mounting system. All modules are mounted on frames using screws. This makes the assembly very sturdy.
